What Ministries are available at ETOP?

As a newly planted church, we have several ministries and several vacancies. If you are led to fill one of these positions in the church, do not hesitate to inform the Bishop, one of the ministers or the first lady.

Are there dress codes?

No, there are no dress codes. Come in a suit or shorts or sweats or skirt or dress or jeans or flip flops, etc., but come to participate in worship and praise and the expectation of an Empowering Word.

I need to be baptized.  How do I sign up?

Baptisms are conducted throughout the year but only during the spring and summer months at the moment. If you are a candidate for baptism, complete a Pastor's card and we will schedule your baptism. You must have accepted Christ as your Lord and personal Savior prior to being baptized. After the baptism you will receive a certificate of baptism and pictures will be taken for the church's Facebook page. You can invite friends and family to this special occasion.

I know I want to work in the church but I do not know my calling.

This is not unusual. If you want to work in the church, just complete a Pastor's card and express which position you'd like to commit yourself to for the edifying of God's Kingdom. Whether trained or not, your commitment is the utmost important. If untrained, we will provide the training. We love when members step up to fill a vacant position because it allows the Kingdom to move forward faster.

On your mark, get set..........let's grow!

How do I become a member of ETOP?

Becoming a member is easy. If you're led to join us, just complete a Pastor's card and annotate that you wish to become a member. The following Sunday, we will welcome you (and your family if applicable) into ETOP. You can also come to the altar and request to become a member. The third option is to inform the Bishop or one of the current members that you'd like to join but you do not wish to walk upfront to be recognized. We will then place your name on the church's new membership roll and follow the new member procedures. Be prepared to take pictures for our Facebook page. We will provide you with a new member certificate, have you sign the church enrollment book, and give you the right hand of fellowship to officially welcome you into ETOP. We will then schedule you for the New Member Orientation class. Prior to making this decision to join, you must understand that you must commit your (Three T's) time (at least every Sunday), your talent (whatever God has provided to you), and your treasure (10% of your earnings) to support your church.

When is new member orientation held?

New member orientations are usually scheduled on the last Saturday in each month. (Subject to change) Children need not attend new member orientation because childcare is not currently provided.

Why Join a Church?

New members have a plethora of tangible benefits upon becoming a member of ETOP. They include but are not limited to the use of the church facility for weddings, gatherings, home going services for family members who are not members, Christenings, Baby showers, group meetings, etc., The spiritual benefits are discussed during the new member orientation.
